OUR SERVICES

Pre-employment Testing

A powerful tool employers use to dramatically streamline the hiring process. Pre-employment drug tests allow companies to make more informed hiring decisions by adding objective data into the process.

Post-accident

Post-accident Testing

Conducted on employees who have been involved in an on-the-job accident that may have involved human error and may have caused a fataility, serious injury, or significant property damage, to determine whether drug or alcohol use was a factor.

Random Tesing

Conducted on employees chosen on a "neutral-selection" basis without advance notice. True random testing is conducted by pooling a selected amount of numbers determined by the client from the total number of qualified participants in the random pool.

Electronic Scheduling

Unique to GroupOne, electronic scheduling can be done either by the client or the applicant. This system cuts down on time and paperwork associated with conventional screening. Rather than relying on paper chain of custody (COC) forms, costly delivery and loss of time, electronic COC forms and online scheduling are automated.

Return to Duty Testing

Employees returning from a leave of absence for sickness or injury exceeding a given number of days can be requied to submit and pass a drug and/or alcohol test as a condition of resinstatement.

Reasonable Cause Testing

Performed when supervisors have evidence or reasonable cause to suspect an employee of drug use.

Complete MRO Services

Medical Review Officer (MRO) services are an important part of effective drug testing. An MRO is a licensed medical doctor who has special training in substance abuse testing. Using an MRO helps to protect both the employer and employees.
