PBSA survey is now available to GroupOne clients!

It’s survey time! GroupOne Background Screening is proud to be an active member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA), whose mission is to “advance excellence in the screening profession to better serve you, our customers.”

For the fifth year in a row, PBSA is conducting an industry survey of HR professionals regarding their use of employment background screening services. GroupOne is asking clients to take a couple of minutes to complete this short survey. Your responses will be confidential and will be used to help us better meet your needs while also providing HR professionals with trends that will help them as they evaluate their screening needs.

Last year, the survey provided the industry with tremendously helpful information, such as the value clients place on international screening, the timing of when background checks take place and the types of information companies are looking for in background reports.

The survey should be completed no later than May 5, 2021.
